Grace is a Korean-American photographer and multi-disciplinary creative. She was born and raised in NYC and
received her BFA in Photography at the School of Visual Arts.
She has established an expansive career in the lighting
industry as a wiring technician, production & fabrication associate, and sales & showroom manager for
various luxury lighting brands. These experiences honed her keen and vivid sense towards the shape and form of functional
lighting. She
has also worked with independent lighting studios. Through her work with interactive immersive installations and event lighting, she has developed an eye towards illuminations of the
environment and creating ambiance.
Her photography reflects an intuitive blend of her exploration in lighting, spaces, and design. The root of her work is focused on exploring light in abstract and
physical forms.
